Two cousins from New York dream of building a fiber-optic cable that will run between New Jersey and Kansas, making them millionaires in the process. Anton and Vincent, the two high frequency players, go up against an old boss, Eva Torres, who will do anything she has to in order to stop them from achieving their goal. Both cousins are determined to recognize their dream while fighting against a ruthless and manipulative trader who is determined to stop them any way she can.
