Sam is a friendly and intelligent man who lives in Los Angeles. He exists mostly without any real direction or focus.
One night, while at his apartment complex, Sam comes across a stunningly beautiful young woman, Sarah, swimming naked in the pool. She’s both pleasant and odd.
It turns out that Sarah’s his new neighbor.
That night, Sam falls in love with her.
When he learns the following day that Sarah has disappeared entirely, Sam finds himself suddenly with a direction and purpose in life: He will do whatever is necessary to find out what happened to Sarah.
Yet, while investigating Sarah’s disappearance, Sam is pushed to his limits and must evaluate his choices after discovering a vast bizarre and sinister conspiracy.
