Jeremy Bulloch, the Original Boba Fett, Has Passed Away
The Star Wars has lost another legend (via SuperHeroHype). Just a few weeks after the passing of Dave Prowse, the original Darth Vader, word has emerged that Jeremy Bulloch has passed away as well. Bulloch portrayed the popular bounty hunter, Boba Fett, in both The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. He was 75 years old, and also had an acting career that spanned decades.
Bulloch’s successor as Boba Fett, Daniel Logan, shared the news on his Instagram account. Logan played young Boba Fett in Attack of the Clones, and grew close to Bulloch on the convention circuit.

Bulloch’s first acting roles came in the late ’50s and early ’60s. He also appeared in several British TV series, including Doctor Who, The Professionals, and Robin of Sherwood. However, his credits were not limited to television. Bulloch also appeared in three James Bond movies: The Spy Who Loved Me, For Your Eyes Only, and Octopussy. His other cinematic credits include The Idol, Mary, Queen of Scots, and Comic Book: The Movie.
Regardless, Bulloch was best known for his iconic role in the original Star Wars trilogy. He also returned for a small cameo in Revenge of the Sith. During his later years, Bulloch was a frequent guest at Comic Cons around the world. He also wrote a memoir, which was called Flying Solo: Tales of a Bounty Hunter.
