When a new designer drug pops up on the party scene in New Orleans, two paramedics find themselves on the frontline of a baffling mystery. The symptoms of this drug do not seem to mimic anything they have experienced before. In fact, one might even say that the effects seem almost paranormal. With nothing to compare it to, these first responders will have to make their way in a brave new world.
