Monos

The Monos are a gang of child soldiers, just in their teens, dedicated to a the Organization, a revolutionary movement. They live on a remote mountain in Colombia, training to join the battle and guarding an adult American hostage. Their only contact with the outside world is occasional visits from the Messenger, who brings them instructions from the Organization and ensures their dedication to the movement. When the camp is attacked, the Monos’ dedication to their cause and to each other is finally, fatally tested.
