Blinded by the Light
Javed is a teenager growing up in Luton, England in 1987. Being of Pakistani descent, he is faced with racial prejudice and is surrounded by economic chaos all around him. To deal with the stress, he writes poetry to help him escape. When a classmate leads him to the music of Bruce Springsteen, he starts to realize how Springsteen?s music can be used to help him understand his own family, discover his own dreams and learn how to express himself.
